簡介及歷史

在2008年富善邨升降機急墜事故後,政府著力研究提升升降機和自動梯的監管。根據時任發展局局長網誌所述,2009年6月引入的「註冊升降機/自動梯承建商表現評級」制度,便是在2008年事故至2012年修例之間的過渡安排,旨在透過公布承辦商的表現評級,以便物業擁有人和物業管理公司可以選擇合適的保養承辦商。

在升降機及自動梯條例(香港法例618章)生效後,「表現評級」機制繼續實行,並經過數次改良,最近一次的評分項目修訂已刊載於機電工程署通告編號10/2020(生效日期為2020年12月1日)。

 

表現評級的組成及公佈

表現評級由「安全表現評級」及「服務質素表現評級」組成。

「安全表現評級」:有關評分項目A類違例事項

「服務質素表現評級」:有關評分項目B、C、D或E類違例事項

這些評級將以「安全之星」和「質素之星」表示,並在每個季度公佈各承辦商過去12個月的排序。

「安全之星」:由1粒綠星代表。過去12個月沒有發現A類違例事項便可獲得

「質素之星」:由5粒藍星代表。獲得「安全之星」後,根據評分項目B、C、D或E記分並以下表方式計算「質素之星」數目

註:「升降機」和「自動梯」評級乃兩個獨立指標,同一承辦商在某界別的表現,不會對另一界別有影響。
